Joy’s team tops all-comers at DecaNations meet

W45 national champ Joy Upshaw-Margerum might not have done much tutoring, but as women’s coach of Etats Unis (Team USA), her 10 lady athletes helped the United States win yesterday’s seven-country DecaNation meet at the Stade Charlety in Paris.
