Pat Manson goes 18 feet — for 22nd year in row!
Becca Gillespy reports on the T&FN message board that Pat Manson, who turns 40 in November, jumped 5.50 (just over 18 feet) at the Air Force meet Friday. That’s 22 straight years over 18. By this time next year, we should have two 40-year-olds vaulting 18 regularly. (Jeff Hartwig being the other, of course.)
