Maryland lawmakers honor ‘Rocky’ Rosen, M85 track star
Last Monday, M85 multi-event and multi-sport star Al “Rocky” Rosen was honored on the floorof the Maryland Legislature. Rocky’s motto is: “If you can dream it, you can become it.” And his friends attest to his inspirational presence, including Keith Mathis, and M55 multi-eventer.
