See Kay Glynn’s amazing dance on Omaha TV morning show

Kay Glynn, our W55 multi-eventer, I can’t get enough of. Last week she appeared on the “Morning Blend” TV show in Omaha (although she lives in Iowa). No matter. The 5-minute clip includes a dance/exercise routing to a contemporary Christmas song. It starts 3:30 into the video. (See it here.) What a great poster grandma for masters track!

Kay does several handstands in the course of TV show appearance Dec. 22 on KMTV.

Kay, You are an inspiration to all of us. This was fun to watch. How do you do the weight on your stomach. Good luck for a great indoor season and I look forward to seeing you at Sacramento.

At the 1:03 mark of the video, the 160 pounds of cinder blocks on Kay were so motivational that I asked my wife if we could practice it. So our goal is by next year (she’s only 54), I will have her laying across the chairs with the blocks on her and then smash them with a sledgehammer! We will let you know how it turns out.
